Refund policy

We want you to love your order! Every item in our shop is made just for you once your order is placed– which means we don't hold inventory or process traditional exchanges.

Because of this, we can only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

Once approved, we'll send a replacement or refund your order.  Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed back to your original payment method. 

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, please email us – we'll help track it down and issue a replacement if necessary.
